Message	The only thing that matters is how the money was deposited. As long as there is writing, the person who put the deposit down does not have the right to get it back since the deposit is a form of acceptance from an offer. The only way he could get it back was if he paid cash for the deposit and nothing else. Since checks, money orders etc. are not a full solid form of payment.
